Agenda for the 139th Convention of the Episcopal Church in Arkansas

We look forward to seeing you this weekend at the 139th convention of the Diocese of Arkansas.  Some details you need to know before you arrive:Agenda:Friday – March 11– all activities at Trinity Cathedral (17th & Spring Streets), except the reception at the Governor’s MansionRegistration opens at 3:00 p.m. in Chancellors’ HallThe opening service is at 6:00 p.m.Clergy vesting (cassock, surplice, and Red Stoles) is in Morrison Hall starting at 5:00Saturday – March 12– all activities are at Episcopal Collegiate School (1701 Cantrell Road – opposite Dillards headquarters)7:30 – Continental breakfast7:30 – Registration for those who have not yet registered8:00 – Convocation meetings (Central, Southeast, and Southwest convocations need to elect representatives to Executive Council – signs will direct you to meeting locations)8:30 – Business session beginsWe hope to finish our business by 3:00 pm on Saturday, and we ask that everyone try to stay until we adjourn.
