World Labyrinth Day 2015

Celebrate the 7th annual World Labyrinth Day on Saturday, May 2.

“As mindfulness and meditation have gone mainstream, people around the world have been turning to labyrinths as a spiritual exercise or for stress relief,” says World Labyrinth day coordinator Lars Howlett. “While many use labyrinths for personal reflection, World Labyrinth Day is an opportunity to ‘Walk as One at 1’ in the afternoon (local time) in solidarity with others around the world to promote peace,” notes Howlett.

In central Arkansas, you can walk the outdoor labyrinth at St. Luke's in North Little Rock at 1 p.m. You can find other labyrinths across the state at the online labyrinth locator.
