St. Luke's Episcopal Church in North Little Rock, in association with four other area churches, hosts a weekly respite care center for older adults. Every Thursday, several dozen clients and volunteers gather at St. Luke's for a devotional, food, entertainment, and most importantly fellowship. This past Thursday, Dec. 18, was their annual Christmas party, with more than 40 people in attendance. There were accordions, harmonicas, dancing, clapping, laughing. And a group sing-along of "Jingle Bells."
